What areas do you currently serve?

We serve all of the Mornington Peninsula, as well as Frankston, Seaford and over to Somerville. If your property is outside our standard service area, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate it.

What services do you offer for Airbnb turnovers?

We provide full turnover cleanings, including general cleaning, linen changes, laundry service (if available on-site), restocking essentials, and reporting any damages or issues. (Our linen is outsourced to linen houses in our areas of work).

How much notice do you need to schedule a clean?

We recommend at least 24–48 hours' notice. However, we may accommodate same-day or last-minute bookings depending on availability. If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time may be charged at the full service rate.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes we do. we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products, let us know in advance

Do you support sustainability and eco friendly products?

Yes we do. At The Peninsula Reset we choose natural, eco friendly cleaning products, that protect the wellbeing of our clients, our team and the environment.

Can you restock guest supplies (toiletries, coffee, etc)?

Absolutely. You can either provide the items or arrange for us to purchase and restock them at an additional fee - this falls under our Concierge service.

What do you offer for Concierge Services?

We’re here to make things easier. That might mean stocking up your pantry, topping up supplies at your Airbnb, or doing your weekly shop. For holiday homes, we can get things ready before you arrive, for example, turning on the lights and heating, airing out the space, and making sure everything feels welcoming, so you can start your holiday with ease.

How do you handle damages or guest-related issues?

Our team is trained to spot and report any damage or unusual activity immediately after each cleaning. We will document and photograph any issues that might require your attention. We also take before and after photo’s of each clean we do and store on our secure system, should you need to revert back to them at any point.

Do your staff have Police Checks?

Absolutely! Nobody works at The Peninsula Reset without one.

What are your fees?

All our services are varied, so please get in touch so that we can help you with a detailed estimate. We’re happy to pay a visit to the property to meet with you and personally discuss your requirements for an accurate quote prior to booking with us.

How do you access the property?

We can access your Airbnb or residence through a lockbox, smart lock, or key handoff — whatever works best for you. All access instructions are kept secure and confidential in our secure system.
